Information we receive
When you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, organisation, contact information and project context. The project form currently prepares an email on your device; it does not transmit the form to BYTEOPS until you send that email.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps and security logs to operate, protect and diagnose the website.
How we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, assess potential work, deliver requested services, protect our systems and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, business communications and security. We limit access to what is needed for those services and apply appropriate contractual and security controls.
Retention and your rights
